You can see where the money is. You just can’t connect it to your own work yet.
That’s the gap this summit exists to close.
Most creators aren’t failing because they lack talent, consistency, or ideas. They’re stuck because nobody has ever shown them how their content (the podcast, the YouTube channel, the newsletter) is supposed to create a direct line to revenue. They see other people landing sponsors, building paid communities, and turning their audience into buyers, and it looks like some kind of magic they haven’t been initiated into yet.
It’s not magic. It’s architecture. And that’s what we’re building together on September 25th.
Your content is a marketing channel. Full stop. Marketing exists for one job: to connect the money with your business. Whether that’s a sponsor writing you a check, a listener becoming a client, or an audience member buying something you built — that transaction doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because someone designed the pathway. At Sasquatch Summit, that someone becomes you.
One action item. Actual clarity. Real next steps.
You’re not here for inspiration theater. You’ll leave Sasquatch Summit with one very specific action... something you can do in the next 30 days to bring real money into your production pipeline. Whether that’s landing your first sponsor, tightening your offer, or finally understanding what your show is actually worth.
Your three guaranteed takeaways:
01 — A clear monetization action item
Specific to your show and your business (not generic advice you could have pulled from ChatGPT).
02 — At least one new collaborator or connection
Contact info exchanged, conversation started, next step identified.
03 — Clarity on your production budget
Where your money is going, what it’s returning, and what to do about it.
How You’ll experience September 25th
Doors open at 9am. Grab coffee, settle in, and start meeting people.
We kick off the program at 10am (opening session, orientation, and your goals for the day).
You’ll be in sessions all morning with short resets between each one.
At midday, we’ll provide boxed lunches and keep the momentum going with a facilitated community discussion. Eat, connect, think out loud.
The afternoon continues with more sessions digging into the business side of your content: hiring, structure, funnels, and how your creative work actually drives revenue.
We close at 4pm with final remarks and a special live announcement from Sasquatch Media Grounds. (Yes, you’ll want to be in the room for this one.)
Stay for happy hour right there in the same space... no need to scatter. Keep the conversations going as long as you like.
Can’t catch every word live? We’ve got you.
The full event is recorded and released as a private podcast about two weeks after the event. Every ticket holder gets access (no extra charge, no expiring links).

Anyone who’s been creating consistently and knows something has to shift
A LO-FI DAY. ON PURPOSE.
No screens. No slide decks. No presentations.
This summit has been built deliberately low-tech. We’re working pen to paper, staying present with each other, and doing the kind of thinking that requires actual humans in an actual room.
In the age of AI (and yes, we use it too... there’s a time and a place), the whole point of September 25th is to connect with fellow humans and infuse your work with something no model can generate and no competitor can copy: you. Your specific context, your relationships, your instincts about your own business.
That’s not a romantic notion. That’s your competitive advantage.
YOUR ROLE IN THIS ROOM
We bring 20%. You bring the other 80%.
Here’s what the 20% looks like: a carefully designed day, expert practitioners who’ve actually done this, a framework for identifying your specific revenue gaps, logistics handled so you can focus, and a room full of people who are serious about the same thing you are.
The other 80% is yours. That means showing up with your real numbers, your actual bottlenecks, and the willingness to let someone tell you the truth about what’s working and what isn’t. It means engaging your curiosity instead of defending your current strategy. It means leaving with a real action item instead of a notebook full of highlights you’ll never open again.
Nothing in this room is a handout. The ROI of this day is entirely proportional to how much of yourself you bring into it.
WHAT THIS IS NOT
Set your expectations correctly and you’ll get more out of this day.
We’re being specific on purpose. This summit has a clear lane and we’re staying in it.
Not a trends summit.
We’re not here to chase what’s hot this quarter. The fundamentals of building revenue from your content don’t change with the algorithm. That’s what we’re teaching.
Not a social media masterclass.
Social media is part of your toolkit (it’s a discovery doorway, not the main course). If you came here to talk about posting schedules and IG and TikTok strategies, this is not that room.
Not a gear conversation.
We will not be comparing microphones. That’s a different summit. This one is about your business model.
Not a vibe-only experience.
Community happens here and we love it. But I am not in the business of commodifying friendship. You will meet people worth knowing. You might even find your next collaborator. And this is primarily a working day... show up ready to work.
Not comfortable for the hobby space.
If your show is a creative outlet and you’d like to keep it that way, we love you and you are welcome to come for community and inspiration. Just know: the pace is fast, the focus is on scalable revenue, and the conversations assume you’re building something that’s meant to pay for your life.
Not a safe space for big egos.
The most useful thing you can do when you walk through that door is leave your current self-assessment outside. Come in curious, not defensive. The people who get the most out of this day are the ones who let themselves be surprised by what they don’t know yet.
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
This room is for everyone. And we mean that.
Sasquatch Summit is an inclusive event. We welcome creators of all backgrounds, identities, gender identities and expressions, body sizes, abilities, and experience levels. Hate speech, discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated (full stop).
SMG reserves the right to remove any attendee causing disruption to the event or to the safety of others. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
If you experience or witness something that doesn’t feel right, please bring it to a member of our event team immediately. We take this seriously.
Questions? We’ve got answers.
What’s your refund policy?
All sales are final (no refunds). However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee up to 24 hours before the event. To initiate a transfer, email hello@sasquatchmediagrounds.com with your original order confirmation and the name and contact info for your transfer recipient. Our team will get you sorted.
Will the event be recorded?
Yes. The full event will be recorded and released as a private podcast audio replay approximately two weeks after the event concludes. All ticket holders receive access automatically (no separate sign-up, no extra charge, no expiring links). We’ll send the link directly to the email on your ticket.
What’s the networking etiquette?
Bring your business cards and be ready to share your work... we actively encourage it. What we ask you not to do: pitch your offers to the room. This is not a sales floor. We’ll be setting this tone throughout the day, and we’re serious about it. Build the relationship first. The business follows.
What are the accessibility accommodations?
Dovetail Wine Cellars is ADA accessible and includes an all-genders restroom with a private door. We’re intentionally designing this day for focus, which means no A/V presentations (sessions will be fireside-style conversations and roundtable discussions, supported by a paper workbook). Coffee, tea, and water will be available throughout the day. You’re welcome to bring your own beverages and snacks. Tablets and laptops are welcome too... just know that seating may not be next to a power outlet, so come fully charged. For the provided boxed lunch, we’ll ask about dietary preferences and allergies during registration (please respond promptly, as the caterer assembles to order). If you have a specific dietary need beyond what we’re able to accommodate, we encourage you to bring what you need and be mindful of your fellow attendees. Have additional accessibility questions? Email hello@sasquatchmediagrounds.com and we’ll do our best.
What’s your safety and inclusion policy?
Sasquatch Summit is a harassment-free event. We do not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, bullying, or any behavior that makes another attendee feel unsafe or unwelcome. This applies to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Violations will result in immediate removal from the event with no refund issued. If something doesn’t feel right, please find a member of the SMG event team. We will handle it.
What’s my ROI going to look like?
Honestly? That depends on you. We’re bringing the framework, the experts, the organized space, and the direct feedback. You’re bringing your real numbers, your honest questions, and the willingness to act on what you learn. The creators who leave with the most aren’t the ones with the biggest shows — they’re the ones who came in curious and left with a specific next step. Your outcome is yours to build. We just hand you better tools.
Can I buy a ticket for a friend?
Yes! At checkout you can select more than one ticket. We’ll collect each attendee’s information individually (including name, contact info, and lunch preferences) so everyone is properly registered and accounted for. Just make sure your crew fills out their details promptly... we use that information for logistics, catering, and getting your replays to the right inbox.
I’m a Dojo founding member. How do I claim my ticket?
Your seat is already waiting for you (Summit access is included in your founding membership). Reply to any Dojo email or reach out at hello@sasquatchmediagrounds.com and we’ll confirm your registration. Easy.
