Sound Before the Spotlight — $297
A self-study pre-production program. Build the container for your show (structure, messaging, workflow) before you ever hit record, because the show you plan is always better than the show you wing. This is required prerequisite work for all productions at SMG. Get it here.
Get Coaching: The Handler — $1,500/month
Pure 1:1 coaching. No production involved. This is for the creator who wants a strategist and an accountability partner in their corner as they build visibility and revenue, and who's already got recording and editing handled somewhere else.
What's included:
Coaching on getting booked on podcasts and other visibility opportunities
Support planning your weekly and monthly marketing... social, partnerships, whatever the moment calls for
Monetization strategy: figuring out your actual revenue streams and how your content funnels people into them
AI support, so you're moving faster without it feeling icky or robotic
Systems support, because you are your own best system and you should run like one
Go Deeper: The Control Room — $2,500/month
Coaching, plus a content partner running point on your production workflow. To be clear about what this is not: no recording, no editing (that lives one tier up). What it is: everything around the recording, planned and managed so the show actually gets made without living entirely on your shoulders.
What's included:
Bi-weekly 1:1 coaching covering production systems, visibility, growth, and monetization strategy (no outreach or pitching on your behalf in this tier... that's a different conversation)
Done-with-you content development and production workflow management, including guest booking and making sure your promotional materials go out on time
Bonus access to the Dojo, including the monthly live workshops

Record a Season: The Season Sprint
Flat-rate, fully produced seasons for the creator who wants the work made, not managed long-term.
Ten episodes in four weeks.
Two weeks of pre-production + one week of recording + one week of batch editing. That's the whole timeline.
