Creator Economy Dojo
Founding Members Invitation
Most creators don’t stall because they lack talent. They stall because their media never becomes a practice.
A podcast episode happens when the schedule clears. A newsletter draft sits in notes for three weeks. A YouTube video almost gets published and then quietly disappears back into the folder. The intention is there, the ideas are there, and the voice is absolutely there. What’s missing is the rhythm that turns those things into a body of work.
The Creator Economy Dojo is designed for the moment when you decide that your media deserves that rhythm. This isn’t about forcing discipline or chasing visibility for its own sake. It’s about creating an environment where your podcast, your channel, or your newsletter becomes something you treat as real infrastructure in your business rather than a project you circle back to when everything else is done.
This space exists for people who are ready to take their voice seriously.
What the Creator Economy Dojo Is
The Creator Economy Dojo is a structured practice environment for creators who want their media to become consistent, intentional, and sustainable over time. It isn’t a course library and it isn’t a chatty community designed around constant conversation. It’s a working container where your media becomes something you return to every week with clarity rather than hesitation.
Inside the Dojo, consistency stops feeling like discipline and starts feeling like self-respect. The structure is intentional but not rigid, and the momentum builds without relying on urgency or burnout cycles. Instead of constantly renegotiating your visibility with yourself, you begin to trust the rhythm you’ve established.
Over time, the shift is subtle but powerful. Your media stops living in drafts and half-decisions. Promotion becomes clearer. Your voice becomes sharper. Your audience begins to recognize the cadence of your work. What you publish starts to reflect your intelligence, your taste, and your point of view instead of whatever you managed to squeeze in between everything else.
You’re no longer trying to “keep up with content.” You’re building something that compounds.
Why I Built This
I’ve spent years inside the creator economy from nearly every angle. I’ve been behind the mic, behind the scenes, inside studios, and inside the strategy conversations that happen after the recording lights go off.
What I’ve seen over and over again is that creators rarely stall because they lack ideas or talent. They stall because they don’t have a repeatable practice that respects both their standards and their real-life capacity. Without that structure, even brilliant people end up circling the same decisions month after month.
The Dojo exists to solve that problem in a grounded way. It doesn’t rely on hype, urgency, or motivation cycles. Instead, it provides clarity, repetition, and follow-through that fits into real life and compounds over time.
Who This Is For
The Creator Economy Dojo is designed for creators, consultants, podcasters, founders, and educators who are actively building something public. Most members are working on a podcast, a YouTube channel, or a newsletter that functions as the voice of their business.
This space tends to resonate with people who care about craftsmanship and who want their media to compound instead of constantly restarting. It’s especially helpful for those who are tired of chaotic marketing advice, algorithm panic, and the endless feeling of needing to reinvent their content strategy every month.
If your goal is to chase virality or become an influencer, this probably won’t feel like the right room. If your goal is to build media that strengthens your authority and supports your work over time, the Dojo will likely feel stabilizing.
What Founding Members Receive
Membership begins with the establishment of a clear rhythm. You’ll participate in structured live sessions that focus on the mechanics of creator growth, including show development, promotion strategy, audience building, and monetization readiness. These sessions are designed to keep your work moving forward without turning the experience into a constant meeting schedule.
Alongside the live sessions, members participate in asynchronous weekly power hours supported by email reminders and a dedicated Discord group. This space exists to support momentum between calls, allowing members to share progress, ask questions, and stay accountable without turning the Dojo into a noisy chat room.
Each month also includes an intensive workshop focused on a practical growth or revenue skill. For example, founding members recently focused on one of the most useful creator skills to develop early: writing and delivering effective 30-second ad spots. This included promos for your own show, cross-promotions with other creators, and host-read sponsor integrations that sound natural rather than scripted.
Other workshops have expanded into sponsor pitching, media kit development, collaborative audience growth strategies, and systems for organic visibility.
After at least one full quarter of regular content publishing, members who qualify are organized into small media kit promotion groups. These groups support cross-promotion, audience swaps, and collaborative visibility in ways that are intentional rather than transactional. The goal is to build growth infrastructure that compounds rather than relying on isolated promotional bursts.
Members also receive access to the Resource Vault, which includes the frameworks and workflows I use for pre-production, show positioning, and visibility planning with private production clients.
For those near Vancouver, Washington, the Dojo also connects directly to the physical studio ecosystem at Sasquatch Media Grounds. Members receive discounted studio bookings for podcast and video production. Remote members can access discounted editing, post-production, and social media clip services as part of their membership benefits.
Founding Member Bonuses
Founding members receive a complimentary ticket to Sasquatch Summit, a live gathering taking place in Vancouver in November 2026. This event is designed as a real-world extension of the Dojo philosophy. It isn’t a motivational conference or a carousel of surface-level talks. It’s a space for creators who have been doing the work to come together, sharpen their thinking, and deepen relationships with others who take media seriously.
Your ticket is automatically included as part of founding membership.
Founding members also receive complimentary access to Woo Crew, my private audio feed where I share long-range business insights alongside tarot and astrology reflections. Some members enjoy listening regularly while others engage occasionally. Either approach is perfectly fine. It’s included as a bonus layer of perspective rather than a required part of the experience.
“Even a single host-read sponsor integration can easily cover several months of membership. The goal of the Dojo isn’t simply to publish more content; it’s to help your media become an asset that supports your work over time.”

Before You Join
This is the final pause before entering the Dojo.
By joining, you understand that this space is designed as a practice container rather than one-on-one coaching or therapy. You remain responsible for your decisions and implementation, and your role here is to practice consistently rather than passively consume.
The Dojo is intentionally calm. It prioritizes clarity, craftsmanship, and follow-through over urgency, noise, or performative productivity.
If you’re ready to treat your podcast, YouTube channel, or newsletter as a real body of work rather than a someday project, you’ll feel at home here.
