The Creator Economy Dojo
You don't need another content strategy.
You need someone in your corner who knows the difference between a good episode and a monetizable one…
and the practice that actually builds it.
A studio's job is to help you hit record. That's not what my founding members actually needed from me, and it didn't take long to see it. What they needed was someone to tell them what to do next... and they kept paying me to keep doing it.
You're not here because you lack ideas. You're here because nobody's told you which ones are worth your time yet.
That's what the Dojo does. Your show, your kit, your positioning... all of it gets strong enough that when the opportunity shows up, you're not scrambling to catch up to it. You're already standing there.
What's Inside
Weekly Power Hour (Async, On Purpose)
No live call to schedule around. No hour lost to a screen you could've spent making your show instead. Power Hour runs in Discord... bring what you're stuck on, get real feedback, keep moving. Busy isn't the same thing as effective, and I'm not going to build a membership that confuses the two.
Direct Line to Your Management Office
Unlimited access through our private Discord. Something needs eyes before it goes live? A brand reached out and you don't know if it's worth your time? Ask. You'll get an answer, not a worksheet.
Monthly Talent Development Workshops
Two hours a month on the exact skill that moves the needle right now (sponsor pitching, ad reads that don't sound like ad reads, positioning, visibility). A lot of these come straight from my network of producers, industry folks, and specialists you wouldn't otherwise get in a room with.
Media Kit Management (Yes, Even If You Don't Have One Yet)
Most creators walk in here without half the raw material a real media kit needs. We build it with you (metrics, positioning, the whole thing) and once it exists, I help you manage and update it. Concierge-level, if that's what you need.
The Resource Vault
Every workshop, every framework, every template I use with my own production clients (signed talent included) lives here. It only gets more valuable the longer you stay.
Studio Perks
Vancouver, WA members get discounted studio bookings. Remote members get discounted editing, post-production, and clip services. Either way, you're plugged into the same ecosystem the signed talent uses.
Annual Summit, Included
Every active member gets a seat at Sasquatch Summit (2026: September 25, Vancouver, WA). Can't make it in person? You still get the replays. Your career doesn't get put on hold because you couldn't get on a plane.
You'll notice there's no live weekly call in here. That's not an accident.
More meetings isn't more momentum... it's just more calendar.
This membership is built for people making things, not people attending things.
Before the Dojo, I was a digital archivist at Disney Animation, then spent years inside Guthy-Renker (yes, the infomercial people... the ones who figured out how to sell before "conversion" was even a word people used).
I've been blogging and building online since 2010, back when nobody thought it would amount to anything. And coaching businesses owners through better systematized content, full time, since 2016.
I don't guess at what converts. I've been in the room when it did, for companies a lot bigger than yours or mine.
“Mary’s biggest lesson for me: your content should always fuel and fund your business. So many creators make things without ever thinking about the ROI. That one shift changed where I spend my energy... everything I make now does double duty.”
The math that's already true:
one host-read sponsor integration can cover four, five, six months of membership before you've even hit publish twice.
This isn't about producing more content.
It's about producing content that pays you back.
Founding vs. Standing Pricing
Founding Rate — $197/month
3-month minimum (so nobody joins for four weeks, ghosts, and leaves a hole where accountability used to be). Closes September 25, at Sasquatch Summit. Not a countdown clock for the sake of a countdown clock... the room genuinely changes size after that date.
Standing Rate — $497/month
Starts September 26. No minimum. Cancel anytime. By then you'll already know if this is your room or not, and the price reflects that.
If you're reading this before September 25... this is the version of the Dojo that costs the least and gets the most attention. That won't happen twice.
Who Belongs Here
Consultants, educators, founders, experts, podcasters, newsletter writers... anyone who's decided media is part of how they build the business, and actually likes being in the room for it.
You'll feel at home here if you're tired of being told to "just be consistent" with no one telling you what consistent actually produces. If you want someone who'll say "raise your rates" or "that pitch isn't ready" before you find out the hard way. If you don't need a live call to feel supported... you need results.
This isn't for you if you're chasing virality, or if you want a coach to hold your hand through every feeling about every post (there are wonderful people who do that... I'm not one of them). It isn't for you if you're the kind of person who disappears for two months and expects the room to have saved your seat. And it's not for you if showing up feels like punishment every single time. I can help you get better at this. I can't make you want to.
Some members go on to become signed talent in the studio. Most don't, and don't need to. Either way, you leave more media-ready than you walked in.
Before You Join
This is the last pause before you're in.
By joining, you understand this is a practice container, not therapy and not one-on-one coaching (though you'll get plenty of direct feedback along the way). You're responsible for showing up and doing the implementation... my job is to tell you what to do next, not do it for you.
The Dojo is calm on purpose. Clarity over noise. Craftsmanship over performative productivity. If that sounds like relief instead of restriction, you're in the right room.
